Hi, my name is Bethany.  I’ve had a life long love of cooking and baking, so I’ve started this blog to share what I love to do. My passion for baking started at a young age.  My mother was always in the kitchen baking or cooking and I was always right by her side watching, tasting, and learning.  Growing up my friends would always want to trade lunches with me because my lunch was almost always homemade.  As I’ve gotten older I have fine tuned my skills.  I continue to learn today and I continue to love creating in the kitchen.

When cooking in my kitchen I like to take a dish and put a twist on it, whether it be something nostalgic or something I recently had while dining out.  And to me there is nothing better then the look on people’s faces (especially my husband’s) when you bring them a delicious treat.

Thanks for stopping by!!  Please feel free to comment or to share.

  1. I had the pleasure of this pana cotta and can say that it was excellent. Though her husband thought that it might be served with less granita for his money. Bethany you may have started something since the restaurant that inspired you was offering a buttermilk panna cotta with Pomagranite granita!
